Women On The Move
Starts Wed., January 21 6:00 PM Central Park, Plantation
This women's-only run/walk 5K program is a 9-week training session that will get you ready for the Riverwalk 5K walk/run in Ft. Lauderdale on March 15th. The program is designed for women getting into the sport for the first time or getting back into it. The group will meet every Wednesday night at Central Park in Plantation at 6:00 PM.
