Record numbers of people are running/walking marathons across the
country. And you can too! The key is to train with the right group, a
qualified, energetic leader and stick to your own personalized training
schedule.
Our 6-month program is designed for those who want to complete a
marathon (26.2 miles) or improve their time in their next marathon.
Individuals are grouped for their weekly training runs with
runners/walkers of comparable pace with the goal of finishing their
marathon at their goal time.
Participants may join anytime during the program, but it is recommended
that you allow yourself at least four months of training before the
race.
- Special rates for couples, groups and alumni
